REFORMER
Find Your Core.

The Pilates reformer is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment.  The exercises are generally more intense and dynamic than mat based Pilates as resistance is added via the use of springs.  The reformer is one of the most versatile and effective piece of exercise equipment ever made…. plus great fun!
