Total body toning Pilates class. Designed to strengthen and tone muscles throughout the body. Focus on controlled movements, core engagement and flexibility. Improve posture, build lean muscle and enhance overall body awareness. Using light weights and bands.

Core Power

Intense core strengthening exercises. Specifically centered around strengthening and sculpting the core muscles.  A series of controlled and precise movements that target the abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and pelvis.  Expect a workout that challenges your core muscles through various mat based exercises.

Thursdays

HIIT Fusion

Combines elements of Pilates with high intensity interval training (HIIT). This dynamic workout alternates between Pilates exercises, focusing on core strength and controlled movements and HIIT intervals that involve short bursts of intense cardiovascular exercises. Expect a challenging and energising workout that enhances both strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Fridays

Flexibility and Flow

Unwind with gentle stretches, rejuvenating movements, and mindful exercises, aiming to enhance flexibility while promoting relaxation. This session incorporates Pilates exercises with a focus on smooth transitions and controlled stretches. The emphasis is on elongating and strengthening muscles through a flowing sequence, promoting increased range of motion and suppleness getting you primed for the weekend!
